Sexually Transmitted Diseases Answer A5833
Current medical status: hpv
Current medical treatment: currently untreated

Human papilloma virus can be spread from the genital area with the fingers. That is one way the virus is spread from mother to child. However, it is rare for the virus to spread from the genital area to the mouth. The towels that are washed with detergents are considered safe for further use, because the human papilloma virus can not stay for a long period out of the body. That is why a sore or direct skin contact is needed for the transmission to occur.
