Spotting
I spotted constantly for months after I got my Mirena, even longer than the three months the doctor told me to expect. It's been almost two years since I got it, and now I have very irregular periods, all pretty much just spotting, very light. I've never been pregnant, but from what I can tell, spotting is very normal even months after getting a Mirena IUD. I have heard of women getting pregnant on it, so I guess it is possible.
