Q: Spotting with IUD - pregnant?

So I just had a period about a 1.5 weeks ago and have been using a Paraguard (hormone-less IUD) since December '07. My boyfriend and I have a lot of sex and we rarely use a condom since I have the IUD. The last few days I have been experiencing brown/pink discharge when wiping. I have looked all over the internet and have found many with the same problem but almost no answers. Please help! I'm only 18
