Did they verify that the medical abortion was successful? There might still be something in your uterus that is not allowing it to go back to its normal size, which would explain the frequent urination. Or, your uterus might still be healing.

You might have spotting all the way up to your next period, but if it continues after that you should go back to your doctor.
