I started taking birth control back in Decemeber and was given Yaz. I was on it for about 4 months and it made me go crazy, I was depressed and anxious all the time. I called my doctor and she called in a prescription for Ortho Tricyclen Lo. well my pharmacy messed up and gave me just Ortho Tricyclen and then this month they realized it and gave me the Lo.

So to sum it up in the last 3 months I have been on 3 different birth controls.

About 2 weeks ago I started having brown spotting. It wasn't very light and I had to wear a pantyliner. It also wasn't the consistency of blood. It was thicker, more like discharge just brown. Well today it start to become more like blood, and I have large clots now. I'm going to the Doctor on Wednesday, but what could this possibly mean?

I also remember to take my pills every night. I've only missed one this month and I took it the next morning.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I'm guessing the different pills in such a short time is messing with you a little bit.

Most times there's not a good reason for breakthrough bleeding, but in this case I'm sure it has something to do with being on three different pills for three months straight.

Ask your doctor about it, but eventually it should go away, especially if the pill you're on is the right one for you.
