spotting followed by period.

Hi .idelivered a baby girl in july i had bleeding for 5 weeks and i had my 6 weeks check up and every thing was fine and my regular periods started in september and they are continuing and i had spotting for 2 days before my period and then regular bleeding i had this same problem 2 months before when i conceived what should i do? is there any thing that need to worry?please reply me..
