Q: Spotting - first period ?

I've never gotten my period before and earlier today i found a few light red blood spots in my underwear. Could this mean my first period is coming? I have all the other pre-menstrual symptoms(cramps, underarm and pubic hair, moody, etc)
Thanks for the help!
