Look I really need some help?!?!

I'm 18, and engaged, but am so unsure of what i am to be looking for when it comes to pregnancy, i thought id had a scare or two before, but compared to this, previous times are nothing :/
Ive began light pink, redish orange, and brown occasional spotting two days ago, a week before my period due date, something which ive never had before, my nipples are sore, and i have had mild abdominal cramping and twinges, five days before my period date, and unsure of what to do, i am on birth control, but always forget to take it, so im wondering if the irregular use of birth control, or if infact i could be pregnant.

anyone who could help it would be muchly appreciated.. I have no idea where i stand.

Thankyou.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms (pink discharge, brown spotting, sore nipples, mild abdominal cramps) could be suggestive of possibility of pregnancy. If you are not regular with your birth control pill use and have missed 2 or more than 2 active pills, then chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out (as you no longer remain protected after you miss taking 2 or more than 2 pills). Another possibility could be the onset of withdrawal bleeding due to missed 3 or more pills in a row. Wait and watch for your next periods/withdrawal bleeding. Look out for development of any other new symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy if you suspect to be pregnant. If you suspect to be pregnant, or if you do not start with your periods within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you have abnormal periods, do not delay in visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for further examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately).
Take care.

Hi, thankyou for responding..

since i last posted, ive notcied that im having strange things happen to me, certain smells make my stomach turn, and can even make me be sick, im very confused as to what is happerning with my body, ive tested a few more times, one of which seemed to have a VERY faint positive line, but nothing good enough to put my mind at rest, im now two days late of my period, and my spotting has faded to a light brown/nothing at all, what would you suggest?

Thankyou.
