About a week and a half ago, my boyfriend and I were messing around. He put his penis in me without a condom and took it out after a few seconds. He did this a few times and didn't cum at all. On Tuesday I felt like I was getting my period and i went to the bathroom and it was very light (which is odd). I thought nothing of it, later I changed my tampon and there was what looked like dried blood. Then later that night I changed my tampon and there was very little what looked like blood. It was an orange-yellowish color. It was really light after that to the point were it looks like nothing is there. Its day 2 and I my period is still doing this.

Now for the record I have been hiking and excrising all last week and uder stress over a job. I hear this messes with one's period.

Now my question is, is this a sign of pregnancy, or a messed up cycle?
