If it has been 3 weeks since the unprotected sex,you could take another preg test..they are usually pretty accurate up to 5 days before your period and as soon as 14 days past ovulation..but everybody is different..if u have the patience(which is very hard)wait til ur period is due and test..there are many reasons u could be spotting so it doesnt necessarily mean ur pregnant..good luck!

You should see a gyn Dr. You could have an irritated cervix or a pelvic infection which would make your lower stomach hurt. This could also be a sign of an std and that will certainly require an antibiotic. Pelvic infections can cause infertility so treatment is very important and should not be put off long. See a gyn doctor! Hope this helps

I agree with heaton..You should see your gyn..There could be many reasons for the spotting and pains so try not to stress too much until you know whats going on. It could be a sign of something very simple(like a uti or ovarian cyst) or something more serious. Its time to schedule an appt..good luck!
