Hi. I am not due for my period till approxiamately the 11th of April and it is now the 2nd April. However recently i have experiencing bleeding which is very light and not like a normal period flow should be.
I have had protected sex and have the fear of knowing xpotting can occur when pregnant. I can quite positively say i am not pregnant, howvever to keep my mind at rest could you tell me what the spotting i have been experiencing could be? and how many weeks pregnant must one be when spotting occurs?

thank you.

Spotting related to pregnancy in the beginning is implantation bleeding or other things. If it's implantation bleeding it *usually* (not always) comes before your expected AF and is incredibly light. Rule of thumb is give it about a week after this occurs and you can take a test and see what the result is.
