Spotting between periods and pelvic pain

ok im really going crazy here
i went to the gyno yesterday because i was spotting 13 days after my period ended as well as having pelvic pain during as well as before and after my period they took urine and scheduled and ultrasound in the mean time im a nervous wreck and can think of nothing else im terrified its cervical cancer or something i had a baby 7 and a half months ago and everyone keeps telling me it could still be from that..im not so sure about that the gyny exam showed nothing abnormal but she said that doesnt mean that i dont have a small cyt or another issue please help its gonna be so hard waiting not knowing..
