Q: spotting and pain

1977 i had etopic pregancy, 1978 my first son 1986 second son 1988 third son, all by ceserean section. 20years have past, i was 50 26/12/2008 my last period was 3\10\2008. on my 50th i spotted then had pain and backache then clots still bleeding red forming clots now. could i be pregnant as this happened to me with my 3rd son or can it be the menopause?
