Q: Spotting and heavy period

hi i started spotting after sex on sunday over a week ago and through the week it has only been spotting and gotten heavy and it doesn't look like my normal cycle the longest i've been on was three days i'm scared and don't have too many choices to go on i douched and its' still heavy and also it don't look like it gonna let up no time soon please help me glance
