So, it's about a week or teo before my period. I excercise regularly. Well, lately after sex i have had spotting the first time i thought it was because we hadn't seen each other in months. But the second time i bleed for morfe then just on day afterwards and my breats have been firm sine the first encounter a little over a week ago. I have no bloating, nausea, or anything. Also, I bleed ,from bright red to light bleeding after exercising from 430 pm till the next day. i'm really confused as to what is going on. Any advice.
