Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
There can be changes in your hormonal and period pattern due to changes in stress levels, changes in exercise levels, changes in lifestyle, changes in time zone or climate, changes in diet etc. The persistent spotting could also indicate underlying hormonal imbalances, endometritis, ovarian problems like cysts, etc. It is difficult to comment on the exact cause for the symptoms that you describe without examining you and going ahead with further evaluation. Visit a doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
