I recently developed a group of spots on my inner thigh. This subsequently spread to about 3 groups of spots/rash around my upper, inner thigh in a few days. They are not itchy (mostly), but occasionally tingling and painful if I put pressure on them. The spots are mostly smooth, with no apparent dryness or flaking skin.
I am also not sexually active.
