Im 16 years old and have found white patches on my testicles which are spreading. they do not give me any pain. i recently had unsafe sexual intercourse in a swimming pool.i did not have these white patches before that. any suggestion of what this could be? and how i can get rid of it.

You need to see a doctor about this. It may be a fungal infection or an STD. There is treatment for both. It sounds like a fungal infection to me but you need a doctor to look at it. I hope you go for treatment. These things won't go away on their own. You don't want to have any complications due to an untreated infection.
