hi im 19 and just reacently i have been getting spots on the back and sides and scalp on my head. ive tried changeing to a softer shampoo but nothing i thought it might be head lice so i tried some removeal cream and nothing there still there. they are itchy and uncomfortable. i dont want to get my hair cut until they have gone either

please help me i want to get rid of these

Go see your doctor about this. It could be an allergic reaction or something else. It doesn't sound like it's going to go away on it's own.
