i have creamy spots everywhere on my penis, when i roll back my foreskin its got a waxy clear shiny stuff on it, i wash regulary ive not had sex.

the spots that i have when you roll back my foreskin are in clusters,
and i also have spots on the head of the penis.
i get random pains hear and then through out the day.
