Q: spots on penis shaft

I am a white 18 year old male. Recently, within the past couple of months or so, I have noticed pale, smooth, non itchy spots on the shaft of my penis.

The spots are more white and pale compared to the natural tan of the rest of my penis, making it noticeable. They are not raised, they do not hurt, and they do not itch. There are about 6-8 spots ranging from a cm to about an inch in size, any ideas? The spots tend to not be as noticeable when I am erect.

I am sexually active with one person, a girl i have been dating for almost 2 years, both each others first. I also masturbate occasionally.

It may just be a pigment change or something but I still have some concern.

I could not find a thing on the internet and am ready to consult my doctor just in case but first, can anyone help?

dont worry does NOT sound like an std or sti but i have no clue about this but what you have exsplained its nothin to be to concerned about. but if your really concerned go down your local std centre might be at your doctors i dont know

It doesn't really sound like anything I can think of off the top of my head, but if you have insurance it is probably worth getting checked out.

nothing to worry about whatso ever its a very common issues with males
its your small tiny pores been clogged up with soap/water
they will eventually go away try rinsing them with just water but obviously use soap for the other parts .. try and avoid them pores with soap/shampoo and they will dissapear within time

I already figured out what it was actually. It is a pigment change like I had suspected, a type of vitiligo, except only on my penis. Weird but I am relieved to know what it finally was.

i have them 2 i got about 100-200 maybe more i think there called follicle spots
