I noticed small spot grew on my hand since last winter. I dont think its growing (at least not significantly) and its diameter is ~1/8 inch. It is pink, flash-like with a red spot on the top. It does not hurt but it is weird that it happened and it last for so long. Recently I was reading about skin cancer ->
Basal-cell carcinoma -

and it made me worried.

Hello,

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out.

From your symptoms it can be a small wart or a pyogenic granuloma. It does not look like a basal cell carcinoma but to confirm the diagnosis, it is best to get a biopsy skin done. Warts are tumours or growths of the skin caused by infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV).

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
