I am an Athlete and my event is high jump i train for monday to friday. My right leg begins to pain after I do 3 to 4 jumps. It pains around my knee. Is there anything i can do to fix this problem.

I would say to see the doctor to see if you have strained something...You don't want to over do if you have some sort of a tore ligament...Good luck...
