Sporadic bleeding after taking unwanted 72

I had sex with my bf 2 days ago. We used condom, but it ruptured at the last. I was 90 percent sure that ejaculation didn't take place. This is the first time I had sex in my life. I was scared and took unwanted 72 the next day. Today I started bleeding sporadically and my regular periods are expected 15 days from the day we met. I am worried about this sporadic bleeding. Will my periods come back to normal ever? Plz reply as early as possible. Thank you.
