Spontaneous right hand tight movement?

Hello, my baby was born 4 days ago - after 12 hours with back shot and no "ceasars" cut .The first day everything was so fine with her and i observed that the 2 day when i hold her in my arms,only her right hand suddenly rising up - the part from the elbow to the fingers-and she made a tight fist for 20 to 40 seconds and then let it go.this happened occasionally during the following days. when i told it the docs put her at an incubator and told me that perhaps its sthing neurological (we are so scared)or brain bleed.Now im waiting for some extra tests they did -will do- even axial tomography the docs said they ll do if they dont find anything.Please i am so afraid ,is there someone that knows about similar incidents about newborn babies??Please reply to me,thanks everyone for listening...
