Q: spleenectomy side effects

I want to know post sleenactomy symptoms of patient. In one woman case after spleenactomy fluid (water) is collecting in the chest area. In a day 600 ml water remove from body. One thing more sir, patient's taste of eating has totally lost. If patient not eat anything how she recover good health. Is it a commman thing. please suggest me better medical treatment advice. when the water remove from body will stop?
