Spleen regeneration

Apparently mine did the same thing. After it ruptured (when I was 12) I lived my entire life "spleen less," until my appendix decieded it too wanted to leave my body and it was discovered I actually had many little spleens-attached all around the abdominal cavity...I've never had any spleen related problems.

i had an emergency splenectomy when i was 7 years old as well. my spleen is also growing back 17 years later in pieces. it has cause swelling and major pain in my abdomen in the last week. it also sent me to the hospital twice. but they doctors don't thing that there is anything to worry about
