Q: Spleen enlargement

Hi, I have had 3 ultrasounds.The first one was back in March 2007, my spleen was 15cm in lenght. The second one was in September 2007 and my spleen was 14cm in lenght. About three weeks ago (Jan. 2009) i had a third ultrasound and my spleen was 13.5cm in lenght. Do i have a swollen spleen?

The size is actually going down with each ultrasound...
