every month i do a little test for cancer this isnt anything like cancer though its all kinda the weirder occurence my right testicle spins .... i dont mean like 90 degrees or 180 degrees it spins in full circles and i dont feel it at all doesnt hurt one bit but that could be because i have skitzophrenia //aform of it anyway// so i disconnect from my body .... everyone i tell says omg that should hurt a lot,its a form of testicular torsion, or other random things but i dont feel it and i heard they hurt a lot. i am not the only person that felt the spinning though my gf has also felt it and it is really concerning her so what should i do get to a doc or just let it work itself out and what could it be
