Hello,

I am a cook for a living and I do heavy lifting on a daily basis. The other day I bent down and had an itching sensation on my back. I scratched my back and then went on with the day. When I drove home my back started to sting and ache. I looked in the mirror and did not see any redness. When I crawled in bed for the evening a sharp pain kept me up, and I ended up sleeping on my stomach because it hurt so bad. The pain starts with itching and then moves to a sharp stinging like i left a needle in my back. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Chefman90
