Current medical status: Sharp pain and numbness in the sole of my right right foot and big toe. Occasionally the symtoms appear in the left foot as well. Hurts worse when I sit.

If the blow in the lower back was strong enough to cause spine damage and, consequently, spinal nerve pressure it could cause pain in the right foot and toe. You need an X-ray image to prove that your lumbar-sacral spine was damaged because of the blow.
You may want to consult a neurosurgeon or neurologist about this.
