Hello,
My mother is 73 with a history of controlled diabetes and heart problems. She has COPD. She also has had surgery on her lower back for disc issues. Currently her doctor has suggested she have a spinal block simulation done to determine if it will block the nerve messages and decrease/cease her pain. I want to find out some of the studies done on this but cannot seem to find any online. I am specifically interested in the outcome, success, % of patients with paralysis, etc. I'd appreciate if you would let me know where to find this type of info, as well as if you have any experience you could bestow.

Many thanks,
d
