Every time I come on my period from February to October, I get bit by what I think and are consistent spider bites. I have got bit on my legs, hips, arms and low back and I don't get bit in the same place. I have got bit at work, on the bus, walking on the street and etc. Rarely do I get bit at my home.

Any Ideas?

Have you actually seen the spider bite you? Since its so consistant it doesn't sound like a bite at all .. but just a hormonal rash.
