Q: Spherical lump between fingers

I've been a heroin addict nearly 15 yrs,but have been clean for 3 yrs!!
I have a perfect spherical lump between my index and middle finger which is slowly getting bigger........do i have Cancer??......Frightened of the doc!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer a specific diagnosis to patients over the internet. I would recommend that you see your physician to have this mass further evaluated.
