well my b/f and I had sex yesterday and of course we used a condom, a one with spermicide. he came and everything then he was reaching to hold the condom to pull out and he didnt feel it. Then slowly he looked and said "its not there!" so he reached and pulled it out of me. There was a tiny bit of sperm left in the condom, but he kept saying that wasnt all of it. could I get pregnant? or the spermicidal killed the sperm? Just curious. thanks.

If you're worried about it, then you can still take plan b for a last chance at preventing any possible pregnancy.

Any time the sperm comes in contact with your vagina, there's a chance of pregnancy. Next time be sure your guy pulls out before he loses his erection, that way the condom will stay where it's supposed to and there will be less of a chance of it sperm getting inside you.

Yes, there's still a chance.

Even perfect use of condoms where they are used exactly as it says in the directions, there is still a failure rate.

It does have some side effects that are not fun, most go away within the month and your periods should go back to normal within 3 months.

Have you ever looked into birth control pills? That way you can double up condoms and another form so you don't have to stress as much about pregnancy.

I've never used VCF and don't know a lot about it, but it looks like a decent alternative to hormonal birth control when used with condoms.

Not quite as effective, but still a good idea. It depends on how much of a failure rate you are comfortable.

The pill doesn't really "mess up your body," it uses hormones that your body uses anyway.
