The liquid that is ejaculated through urethra is known as semen, and, in most cases is white in color, but grey or even yellowish semen can be normal as well.
It has two components: sperm (millions of spermatozoa), and "seminal plasma" ( secretions of the glands in the male reproductive organs).
So, what you see as white liquid is semen containing sperm cells, spermatozoa.
You see them, but you can't recognize them as spermatozoa (you need microscope to do that)
If you are concerned about quality of your semen (semen quality is a measure of the ability of semen to accomplish fertilisation-being a father, and, involves both sperm quantity and sperm quality ), visit a doctor to go through some examinations.
You will be done a sperm count, that measures how many sperm are in a ejaculate, and, the functions of the sperm will be evaluated.
It's normal for penis to be smaller in normal conditions, known as flaccid (not firm) penis with the mean length 3.5 inches (8.9 cm).
When erected the average human penis is approximately 12.9–15 cm.
Lower volumes may occur after very frequent ejaculation and higher volumes are seen after prolonged abstinence.
The average volume of semen produced at ejaculation is 2 to 5ml.
Giving a gap of 3-4 days between 2 consecutive ejaculations help to increase sperm count.
