Yes, depending on conditions sperm can live around 48 hours outside of the body but is rarely fertile more than an hour or two. However sperm are not enemy insurgents waging a gorilla war from your clothing. Even a significant amount of semen in your clothing doesn't represent a significant pregnancy risk.

Everything is possible, but this sound like very hard to believe, if this girl making you think she may got with child for this passion moment? I will be very doubtful if she is telling you she is with child. If she is don't buy baby clothing yet, wait until the baby is born and demand a genetic check up, this is going to tell you if you are the father or not.
