hi im 24,sperm leaking daily in sleep...do i have any serious problem....howto stop it ... if it happens once in a while its ok,but daily cant take it

Hi there, thank you for posting your question on Ehealthforum. This is not intended as a substitute to visiting your own doctor.

I do not think that what you describe is a serious problem. In fact I do not think it is a problem at all. The incidence of nocturnal emissions varies a great deal from person to person with the higher end of the spectrum being in the region of 20 times per month. It's the result of erotic dreams. Most men report enjoying nocturnal organisms.If you masturbated more often that would reduce you volume of stored semen and so reduce you amount of nocturnal emissions. No medication, as far as I know, is proven to reduce "wet dreams" and are, all of them, a waste of money.
