my penis is now very small and very unhealthy. i showed doctor and he told sperm infection. and gave augmentin. but still my urine is red in color and sometimes burning while urinating. and inside anal, i feel a pain.

hello i would advise go back to your doctor with a sample as could be the medication you are on is not strong enough..some meds can change thee colour in urine but there sounds to me as if you still got a problem underlying..
if you have been on course short time you shall need to give them a chance to get through the system and start working and drink plenty of water when taking them..has he given you a prostate examination that maybe has caused the anal pain?
