Spatial directional dyslexia???

My girlfriend was diagnosed with Spatial directional dyslexia, I have done some searching and I can find Spatial Dyslexia and Directional Dyslexia, which both seem similar. However I cannot find anything on Spatial directional dyslexia... her physiologist seems very shady, gave her a bunch of tests, maybe talked one on one for a total of 2hrs after months of appointments, and didnt even review the tests until after the last appointment... Either way I think she has to deal with the diagnosis because she is trying to get into the navy, so I am wondering what this diagnosis means, if anything, and if she would be able to get into the navy with it.
