Hi

I'm a pretty healthy and fit 30 yr old guy. For quite a while (months or years even) I tend to kind of spasm just before falling asleep. However, recently it seems to be more frequent and not just before I sleep although normally when I'm lying down. Obviously, this is worrying me. It's generally occurs in my leg leg (whole leg moves, not continuously).

I have travelled a lot and have been to some weird and wonderful places. My mother has MS.

Any comments or advise would be most welcome.

Many thanks

Richard

Also, I have suffered with neck problems for a long time, mainly due to sport.

Thanks

Richard
