Now it's time for me to me to ask a question:

My husband wanted to let me get a detox body wrap at the spa for our anniversary, but although I know I really need one, I don't know what I'm looking for, where to go, or what to ask for, since I've seen there are different kinds, brands, techniques, etc.

Also, does anyone know if they really work? I know some of the toxins will be taken out, but I've got loads (whole other story) and I know it can take a few sessions to get it out. But I was reading up on the "Suddenly Slim" and that seems to be a scam, although some others swear by it.

I am doing it mainly because my body is full of toxins and trapped water from (the other big story) and because I have a bad back and I'm hoping to get a lot of the inflammation out of there per my chiro's instructions.

Anyone with some pointers or who have gotten one of these treatments or PERSONALLY knows someone who did? I'm interested in hearing all stories, good, bad and otherwise...
