Q: Source of pimples on the penis

erm right i have notaced for a long time that i have these cinda whight/yellow spots/dimplezs on the tip and sides (at the top only) of my penus and i kinda dont know if it is or not but i am so scaired i havenot told any one please help i know its probly pointles and some thing simple but i dont wana ask a docter if it not any thing realy serus ok please help

It is hard to suggest what the pimples are without seeing them. Valuable data would include: the number of the pimples, when the pimples appeared, whether a recent risk intercourse had occurred, if there is itching or pain, the exact location of the pimples (skin or mucosa). If none of the previous is positive then temporary inflammation of the skin or mucosa glands might have occurred. It might take time for it to withdraw by itself or you might want to use over-the counter anti-inflammatory creams applied topically.
