Q: Source of an unpleasant smell

l hada cought for a few weeks and for the last sevral days, when l lay down in bed l feel a movement moving up from my stomach up into my throat making me cought n feeling like l want to vomit the smell is reallyreally bad and makes sleepinga problem ,l when to my doctors who told to sent a sputum sample which l did but the resulft came back ok but my problem still reminds the smell is driving me mad and my family crazy as it does stink

It is not clear, in your case, where the unpleasant smell comes from. Is it originating from your nose, your mouth, or maybe from your brain? You could consult your GP and your dentist to confirm or exclude the presence of the smell.
