I had some pain in my lower stomach a couple of weeks ago so I went to the doctors, I did a urine test was told I don't have an infection, but it shows there has been an infection. I'm just about to start my period and I noticed a sour kind of smell to my discharge, is this because I'm due on soon or does this mean the infection is back just without the stomach pains?
