I have a anxiety disorder and over think things often... so I'm wondering if I may have just thrown myself into an hysterical pregnancy (For those who don't know what that is. It's where someone worries so much the body makes itself 'pregnant' although it's not.)

We didn't use protection(two days before period and three days after finished. this was almost month ago) and so far I have mood swings, stomach cramps, tiredness, frequent urination, nausea, increased hunger, feeling faint, headaches, thrush, and tender breasts. I get so hungry but I can't even eat much because I start feeling sick.

My nausea is so bad I had to stop watching spongbob because something on there looked disgusting. haha. Lame...

Is there anything else I should be looking for as well?

I'm not buying a test unless it seems serious enough. I would have already if it wasn't for my disorder.

Oh and just in case I should add that my menstruals are too irregular to keep up with so I can give you and honest answer on if I've missed or not...

Hey-

I'm not a doctor, I do have anxiety disorder and I know that can mimic a lot of things and like you said, it can trick you if you tend to "obsess" about it. I do that a lot too.

You can get a test done just to be sure and for peace of mind if you want. Or just see your doctor and tell him/her your symptoms and that you have anxiety disorder.

Some early symptoms are:

* Missed or altered period

• Breast Tenderness

• Fatigue

• Frequent Urination

• Nausea and vomiting

• Dizziness or fainting

• Food cravings

• Food aversions

• Sensitivity to Aromas

• Morning Sickness

• Heartburn and constipation

• Mood swings and irritability

• Higher than normal body temperature

• Lower back pain

• Discharge

• Bloating and weight gain

but only your doctor/gyno can be 100% certain. You can also try an over the counter test first, it's all up to what you're most comfortable with. Good luck!
