Q: SOS: He PLAY DIRTY GAME during divorce

I have brought my kid to shelter and left my abusive husband and
during that time he have a girlfriend and he started to divorce me

It is ok for me to end this relationship and I am happy to end this relationship

But, something goes wrong until all my firends and my comminitis that turn back to me as I found that my husband spread a rumor that I have left for a man and saying that I want to divorce him

This is really make me irritated and make me want to defence myself
because my chinese culture.

I am intending to do the following thing:

1) publish it in the media in chinese public website or chinese news paper
OR 2) Write a letter to everyone that know him
I am not sure if it is good:

My letter would be:

***************annonecement*************

My husband **** have a fair with ****
The lived together secratly since last year

Declare:

1) He is trying to divorce me ---not like what he said I want to divorce him
2) I was forced to leave my home by his lawyer paper and evicted by the police --not like he said voluntary leave home
3) I left home and went to women shelter --- not like what he said to a man

Now, he offer me 18000$ to sign the divorce paper
He already sign and I refuse to sign in order to clarify things and publish it to the public.

You sound like a very strong and powerful woman.
Good for you for leaving your husband. it was a bad position for you and your child to be in.
I would sign the divorce papers and be done with him.
Up to you what you do with the rest. If you're in hiding though i'd leave the part out that you had to go to a womens shelter in your announcement.

Got to be honest with you. I'd take the 18000 dollars : )

Thank you very much for your prompt reply and thank you for your honesty.

I would like to ask your legal question: if I post that " he has a fair with ***, It is ture because they live together in lady's apt, For sure , I can not take picture on the bed." Is it violate the law if i did not have any proof, but it is TRUE?

or, is it will cause any legal problem?

Hi Sunrise,

Sorry Sunshine I couldn't really tell you for sure. You'd have to check what the laws are in China. I think you're wasting your energy on him though : ) Why don't you just call your friends and tell them that he has lied about the whole thing.

It is true, it is true, i waste of my energy on him

and i just found out that most powerful revenge is to be happy and live by yourself and keep him far far away of it and even think about him is waste of time.

think about my kid and plan my future.

technically , I know that , but we are human being, it is hard for us to do that.

ignore all you feelings and all your emotion.

thank you very much and I will concentrate on my life too.
