Hey had unprotected oral sex with a prostitute on vacation 13 weeks ago, Iv had loads of symptoms on and off since like headaches, muscle aches, flu like symptoms, joint pain etc an have had a redness on the tip of my penis since, i visited the doc after 8 days cause the anxiety was killing me, he took urine, blood an a swab an i tested negative after 8 days for everything, he thought the redness was just down to thrush an prescribed a fungal cream an tablets, although I never got them. Two weeks later my anus was sore an a sore between my anus an scrotum developed. Both the sores were there for a week or so left an came back recently for a couple of days and have left again. All this time the redness has stayed on my penis. Its itchy at times but has never hurt when iv gone to the toilet. The last two weeks my gums have been bleeding an sore, worried I spread it to my mouth an my eyes have been sore an tired d last couple of days too, think I touched them after touching my sore in bed

Herpes and Genital Warts Answer A30474
Hi,

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is difficult, but it seems like folliculitis or a boil are the likely possibilities for the sore between the anus and scrotum. But since there was unprotected intercourse, so herpes should be ruled out.

In that case investigations like culture of the virus, direct fluorescent antibody (DFA) studies to detect virus, skin biopsy, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to test for presence of viral DNA need to be done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
