Q: sores underneath foreskin ???

I've got these Red spots, sores underneath foreskin and on my penis head, i'm still a virgin but i've been masturbating about twice a day for a quite a while now but i'm really worried but don't know what it can be - could itbe just from overmasturbation or something? im too embarrassed to go the surgery as my mum works there and its really embarrassing!

you skin just gets dry from doing that so much. let it heal, and then dont go so hard, and as often. maybe use lube too.
