So a few days ago i had noticed that my outer part of my vagina had been getting a little swollen and as of yesterday i had a small bump that sort of looked like a pimple or maybe an ingrown hair, and then today i have several, and they now look like small holes, or almost like a canker sore, on my outer vagina, in the crease. Last night they hurt with immense pain and through the afternoon. i haven't made a doctors appointment yet but im thinking of doing so tommorow, im thinking it may be a bacterial version of vaginitis or herpes, ive also had a little white discharge , and no smell what so ever.
I'm so confused because my boyfriend and I were both virgins and he's been checked already. I've never had unprotected sex.

Mmm, sounds like it can be genital herpes. It can be transmitted during oral sex from his mouth to your vulva, even though this is not as common as sexual transmission.

There are also a host of other things that can look like herpes. Have yourself checked out.

Susan is right in that you can transmit herpes from oral to genital. As far as never having unprotected sex, sometimes if the condom is not on correctly, there is skin to skin contact. This would put you at risk for infection. There are also HPV warts that are sexually transmitted. HPV virus is carried by men and transmitted to the women (this is the bugger that causes most cervical cancers) So you could have an HPV wart that needs to be checked. Also, if you have a white discharge with itch, it could be a yeast infection. This can be cured with Monistat 7 cream you can buy over the counter. Do not have sex during treatment and it should clear up...don't stop treatment just because it feels better. Take the full 7 days. You can call your local Health Department Clinic for a checkup is you need help.

when the doctors did the tests they couldnt tell what you had by looking at it.
usually the best test for herpes is the doctor looking at it, it was told the other test isnt 100%

Can it be something other then herpes?
I'm so worried. A very strange thing happened to me this weekend. I have not been sexually active in 7 month up until this weekend. My boyfriend of 2 years, monogamous on my end,
Came to visit, he travels for a living. We had a lot of very rough sex for 4 days. I do shave, by Monday morning I was very sore down there and there was a slight rash. He emailed me on tuesday to have my dermatologist check my hands, because my very sensitive dermatitis was acting up since Friday and he thought maybe I picked something up in the hotel and it was now on his favorite toy. Well. By noon my little rash was a full blown looked like 10 mosquito bites on my vagina. To back track, I had just finished a 2 week prescription for a tooth infection that Friday, I went to my Dr. He told me right off the bar it was herpes. I don't know how that can be? I got the culture and I'm patiently and fearfully waiting for the results. I have no swollen lymph notes, no back pain, and it's uncomfortable but not horrendouse pain and I just now since they are breaking open have pain when I pee.
The dr. Gave me another antibiotic and antiviral and they are not helping. He asked if there was pain during sex? Only when my 10 inch boyfriend hits my ovary.
Please tell me that it could be the soap I used in the hotel or a ph balance issue?
Is that possible. When I told my dr. I had no other symtoms he said maybe it isn't. Let's wait for the results. Well, I'm freaking out! Especially since I'm not or ever have been permiscuous.

Vaginal canker
Its not a yeast infection. I am over 30 and I have had my fair share of yeast issues. I too have had encounters with what appears to be a canker on my labia, and no, its not the outer part. Last Saturday, I came down with a really bad cold and then on Monday, I noticed a tingling feeling so I checked and I have two small cankers in my vagina, and they hurt when touched. I went to see my doctor and he had no explanation for it, so I'm making an appointment to see a gyno. Last Summer I was in Africa, and came down with a mouthful of cankers, 5 all at the same time. I couldnt eat. I also discovered a the exact look of the cankers in my vagina, and boy did it hurt. I could hardly walk. I was tested for HIV, gonorrhea, all the herpes strains, and syphilis which all came back NEGATIVE. I got a z-pack then and it cleared it up ,and I'm one the same treatment now. I've seen other posts where women write that they had a cold when they noticed the canker, wonder what it is?
